Job Description
The role involves managing and optimizing the sales pipeline using HubSpot for a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, supporting client opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot sales pipeline
- Track and analyze sales data within HubSpot
- Assist in developing strategies to improve sales processes using HubSpot
Requirements
- Possess a complete understanding of HubSpot Sales Pipeline management and be able to effectively utilize HubSpot tools for sales processes.
- Have experience working as a Sales Pipeline Specialist or in a similar role involving sales process management and CRM systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team culture.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions that may vary depending on the role's location and company policies.
- Possess or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with the support of the company, including CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
- Have a commitment to continuous professional growth and learning, with the ability to grow professionally within the organization.
- Be able to work full-time, with flexibility to accommodate on-site or remote work arrangements as specified by the role.
- Meet all legal and company requirements for employment, including eligibility to work in the Philippines, and comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws regarding employment.
