Job Description
A HubSpot Sales Pipeline Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing sales processes using HubSpot, supporting client opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic, fast-growing advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate lead tracking and data entry.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for pipeline growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience working as a HubSpot Sales Pipeline Specialist or in a similar role involving sales pipeline management.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize sales processes within HubSpot or comparable systems.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies relevant to fast-growing industries.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to work onsite and remotely as per role requirements.
- Willingness to participate in on-demand learning classes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience or ability to assist with CPA Certification processes (if applicable to the role).
