Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager supports financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects within Aprio's finance and operations teams, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO to provide insights and data-driven decision support in a high-growth professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights, data management, and process support to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Conduct financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to enable informed decision-making
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide analytical insights, data management, and process support.
- Perform financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Support the Office of the CFO in enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- Possess CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the company.
- Have experience in financial reporting, analysis, and supporting finance functions.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a high-visibility role that requires analytical insights and process support.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to support collaboration with the U.S.-based team.
- Possess strong data management skills relevant to financial analysis and reporting.
- Be capable of supporting special projects within finance and operations functions.
