• Assist in emergency situations and crisis management

• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Report security breaches and incidents to the Senior Administrator
• Process all company-related requirements including permits and visa processing
• Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Conduct regular facility inspections and safety checks
• Coordinate office moves, renovations, and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standard
• Ensure the proper functioning of utilities and equipment
• Maintain office supplies inventory and distribution
• Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks and repairs
• Process all access cards including company identification cards
• A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Facilities, Security and Safety.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SharePoint and Canva is an advantage
• Keen to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organization skills and good communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Safety Officer Certification is preferred.
• Experience working within the Clark Freeport Zone (transacting with Clark
• Development Corporation related to permits and compliance) is a plus.
