Coordinate all aspects of the client lifecycle to ensure an exceptional client experience
Support Relationship Lead, Account Manager, and service delivery teams with administrative tasks
Handle communication and compliance tasks related to client accounts
Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
Support the Relationship Lead, Account Manager, and service delivery teams with administrative, communication, and compliance tasks as part of delivering an exceptional client experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating client and team needs and resolving issues.
Ability to coordinate seamlessly across all aspects of the client lifecycle.
Support the client relationship process with administrative tasks, communication, and compliance responsibilities.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client-related activities.
Support team members in delivering client services effectively and efficiently.
