The Audit Associate at Aprio PH will assist in conducting audits for private and closely held companies, providing accurate financial statements and assurance services to help clients manage risks and make informed business decisions within a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements for private and closely held companies.
Conduct audit procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements.
Identify and communicate audit findings and issues to stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication and build trusted relationships with clients during the audit process.
Requirements
The candidate must live in the Philippines.
Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA certification (CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program mentioned).
Have the ability to work with private and closely held companies to prepare precise financial statements that provide accurate information for managing business relationships.
Adhere to the highest professional standards as a registered member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
Possess the skills to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and work efficiently throughout the audit process.
Be capable of providing assurance services and personalized audit expertise to clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of auditing.
