Job Description
The Associate in Assurance Services at Aprio will work with a dynamic team to support clients, primarily non-profit organizations, by providing assurance and accounting services, while contributing to a fast-growing, collaborative, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting assurance engagements for non-profit clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and related documentation
- Support audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality assurance services
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs available for certification.
- Have the ability to work in a hybrid setup, with specific roles and locations subject to terms and conditions.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in working with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm specializing in assurance services for non-profit organizations.
- Be willing to work as part of a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals in a collaborative culture.
- Be committed to professional growth and continuous learning in an environment that fosters advancement.
- Possess the ability to contribute to a fast-growing firm with proven expertise, deep understanding, and strategic foresight for fast-growing industries.
- Be able to work full-time in a role that may include onsite work, with the ability to adapt to the company's flexible work arrangements.
