Job Description
The Accounting Manager at Aprio is responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, supporting the team in accurate and timely financial reporting, and leading initiatives to strengthen finance processes within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

- Ensure accounting practices comply with standards and internal policies
- Support the team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports
- Lead initiatives to improve and strengthen finance processes
- Maintain integrity and precision in financial reporting
Requirements
- A comprehensive understanding of accounting standards
- Strong analytical abilities
- Capability to spearhead initiatives that strengthen Aprio's finance process
- Experience supporting the team in ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports
- Ability to ensure that all accounting practices are aligned with accounting standards and internal policies
