Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounting services and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Oversee and review accounting processes and transactions for clients.
Coordinate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide strategic advice.
Requirements
Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the employer.
Have experience working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior accounting role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations applicable to the industry.
Ability to lead and manage a team of accounting professionals effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members across diverse locations and languages.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools relevant to client accounting services, with experience in technology-enabled accounting solutions preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to work onsite or remotely as per role requirements and company policies.
Willingness to participate in on-demand learning classes and continuous professional development activities.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Physical ability to work in an office environment if required, including the ability to commute to onsite locations when necessary.
