Job Description
An Accounting Manager at Aprio will lead client accounting services, working with a dynamic team to deliver strategic financial solutions, foster client growth, and support professional development within a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounting services and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee and review accounting processes and transactions for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide strategic advice.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the employer.
- Have experience working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior accounting role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations applicable to the industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of accounting professionals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members across diverse locations and languages.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools relevant to client accounting services, with experience in technology-enabled accounting solutions preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to work onsite or remotely as per role requirements and company policies.
- Willingness to participate in on-demand learning classes and continuous professional development activities.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Physical ability to work in an office environment if required, including the ability to commute to onsite locations when necessary.
