Job Description
An Accounting Manager at Aprio will lead client accounting services, working with a dynamic team to support fast-growing industries, while fostering professional growth and providing excellent client solutions within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounting services to help clients maximize opportunities
- Oversee accounting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead and develop accounting team members
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver accounting solutions
- Support continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance from the employer
- Have experience working as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior accounting role (specific years of experience not provided but implied as mandatory for managerial level)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices relevant to client accounting services
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-energy team environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup if the role is located in a selected location, subject to terms and conditions
