Job Description
The Accounting Associate at Aprio will support implementation and clean-up processes within client accounting services, working as part of a dynamic team to help clients maximize their opportunities and ensure accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation and clean-up of accounting processes for clients
- Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely client account setups
- Support ongoing client accounting projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Possess at least a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification, with assistance and bonus programs available for certification.
- Have experience working in accounting, specifically with implementation and clean-up work related to client accounting services.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions applicable to the selected role's location.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Commit to continuous professional growth and learning within a fast-growing environment.
- Be able to work full-time as a team member, participating in on-demand learning classes, discretionary time off, and holidays.
- Possess the physical and mental capacity to perform accounting implementation and clean-up tasks as required by the role.
