Job Description
The Accounting Associate at Aprio is responsible for supporting client accounting services, helping clients maximize opportunities through implementation and collaboration within a fast-growing, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client accounting implementations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and setup for clients
- Support the integration of accounting systems and processes for clients
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with terms and conditions that may apply based on the role's location
- Demonstrate experience or skills relevant to implementation work within an accounting or advisory firm (implied by the role of Implementation Specialist in a CPA firm)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning in a fast-growing industry environment
