Job Description
The Accounting Associate Implementation role involves supporting clients through accounting and implementation services within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, contributing to client success and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client accounting implementations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Support clients in maximizing their accounting opportunities
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification (CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup at selected roles, with terms and conditions that may apply.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
- Show willingness to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement.
- Be able to work full-time as part of a team in a fast-growing, dynamic firm.
- Possess relevant experience or skills related to accounting, implementation, or client services (implied by the role of Implementation Specialist).
