Job Description
An Accounting Associate at Aprio Family Office supports clients with accounting services within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm, collaborating with a team of professionals to deliver strategic financial solutions and ensure client opportunities are maximized.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports for clients
- Support the accounting team in bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliation tasks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered.
- Have experience working in an accounting or finance-related role, preferably within a family office or outsourcing environment.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a high-energy, passionate, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Be willing to grow professionally through continuous learning and advancement opportunities provided by the firm.
- Possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to work onsite or remotely depending on role, location, and terms and conditions.
- Be able to perform duties that support client opportunities and maximize their financial or operational potential.
- Meet any physical or logistical requirements necessary to perform the job duties, including participation in on-demand learning classes and utilizing provided benefits such as shuttle service and meals (implying onsite presence when required).
