Job Description
The Tax Resource Management Coordinator at Aprio is responsible for optimizing resource allocation, managing staffing operations between onshore and offshore teams, and supporting project delivery and client satisfaction through strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal resource allocation onshore and offshore
- Support project delivery and maintain client satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess resource needs and optimize utilization
- Manage day-to-day staffing operations between engagement teams and delivery centers
- Balance supply and demand, maintain accurate schedules, and assign appropriate personnel to tasks

- Balance supply and demand to ensure the right people with the right skills are assigned to the right work at the right time.
- Maintain accurate schedules related to staffing and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess resource needs and optimize resource utilization.
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives to improve resource management.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources both onshore and offshore to meet project delivery and client satisfaction goals.
