Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree or executive education in management is a plus.
Typically, ten or more years of experience in data, analytics, and AI, including several years leading delivery, teams, and client relationships.
Demonstrated experience both leading and staying hands-on across the design, build, and delivery of AI and automation solutions, including generative and agentic AI (for example, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and tool or function integration).
Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, or warehouses) on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and leading data integration and data architecture.
Experience owning engagement or practice profitability, including budgets, resourcing, and delivery governance.
Strong track record of executive (C-level) stakeholder management and advisory in a consulting or professional services setting.
Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Experience building or scaling data and AI practice, offering, or delivery model.
Depth in modern data platforms and data engineering tooling (for example, Snowflake or Databricks).
Experience creating agentic AI and automation accelerators or reusable assets.
Relevant certifications in cloud, data, solution architecture, or project and delivery management.
Strategic and commercial mindset, able to connect AI and automation to outcomes the business can measure.
Strong technical grounding in data platforms, data architecture, and AI, able to set direction and stay hands-on.
Strong leadership and people development skills across distributed teams.
Structured, governance-minded approach to delivery, with attention to quality and predictable outcomes.
