Job Description

The IT Manager at Aprio leads a team to provide technical support, manage digital platforms, and ensure system security and efficiency, while setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of specialists to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and proactive solutions for end users.
Set strategic direction for IT operations and support services.
Oversee hardware and software management to ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and optimized.
Guide best practices for collaborative tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Support both on-site and remote staff to ensure effective use of digital platforms.
Drive continuous improvement in IT support services and operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in leading a team of specialists to deliver technical assistance, troubleshooting, and proactive solutions for end users across modern digital platforms.
Experience in setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in support services.
Experience in overseeing hardware and software management.
Ability to guide best practices for collaborative tools including Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for organizational efficiency.
Experience supporting both on-site and remote staff.
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of service and innovation.
