Job Description
The External Service Desk Analyst at Aprio provides technical support and assistance to clients, helping them maximize their opportunities through effective IT solutions and ensuring a positive client experience within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via the service desk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client IT issues promptly.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work as an External Service Desk Analyst within Aprio's IT Operations team.
- Must have experience providing external service desk support, including troubleshooting and resolving client technical issues.
- Must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in common IT support tools and remote support software.
- Must have a basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as required to support clients across different time zones.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in IT are preferred but not mandatory.
