Job Description
The Endpoint Engineer at Aprio will be responsible for managing and maintaining endpoint systems to support the firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal security, performance, and reliability for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain endpoint security and configurations.
- Implement and support endpoint security solutions across client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure endpoint systems are secure and compliant.
- Monitor endpoint systems for security threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Possess the technical skills and knowledge required to perform the duties of an Endpoint Engineer, including managing and supporting endpoint devices and related infrastructure.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Endpoint Engineer or in a similar role involving endpoint management and support.
- Demonstrate proficiency in endpoint security, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of endpoint devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Possess a relevant technical education background, such as a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious professionals.
