Job Description
The Endpoint Engineer at Aprio will be responsible for managing and maintaining endpoint systems to support the firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring security, efficiency, and optimal performance for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain endpoint devices and related security measures.
- Implement and support endpoint security protocols and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint hardware and software.
Requirements
- Experience working as an Endpoint Engineer or in a similar role involving endpoint management and security.
- Proficiency in managing and supporting endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and technologies, including antivirus, anti-malware, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint devices and security incidents.
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint management software and tools.
- Understanding of network protocols and security practices relevant to endpoint management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing endpoint environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support end-users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
