Job Description
The Accounting Manager, Business Solutions, will lead and manage accounting and outsourcing services for clients within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, focusing on strategic financial solutions, team collaboration, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting processes and financial reporting for clients
- Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff and team members
- Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax filings
- Provide strategic financial advice and solutions to clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in accounting management.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accounting principles, practices, and regulations relevant to the role.
- Possess strong leadership and team management skills to oversee accounting staff and processes.
- Have experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Be capable of managing multiple client accounts and delivering accurate and timely financial services.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Have the ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Be familiar with accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Possess knowledge of relevant tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Be willing to work in a flexible environment, including remote and hybrid work arrangements.
