Job Description
A hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager role focused on scaling the adoption of autonomous inspection robots in heavy industries, by developing targeted marketing strategies that emphasize safety, uptime, and data reliability to asset managers and maintenance leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the adoption of autonomous inspection robots in heavy industry sectors.
- Develop messaging that resonates with Asset Managers and Maintenance Directors, emphasizing safety, uptime, and data reliability.
- Build and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to generate a repeatable pipeline.
- Partner with Sales to target high-ACV enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries.
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocating to Barcelona.
- Experience in building and running a growth marketing function end-to-end.
- Ability to partner closely with Sales to target high-ACV enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries.
- Understanding of the industrial inspection space, including the ability to speak the language of heavy industry customers.
- Experience in scaling the adoption of advanced autonomous inspection robots or similar technology in traditional, high-stakes industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Mining.
- Ability to craft and deliver marketing messages that resonate with Asset Managers and Maintenance Directors, emphasizing safety, uptime, and data reliability.
- Experience in developing and executing growth strategies that convert engagement into a repeatable pipeline.
- Hands-on experience in growth marketing within a high-performance, build-mode team environment.
