A Customer Care Consultant responsible for providing exceptional telephonic customer and patient support, educating clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer and patient service via telephone
- Assist patrons and patients by answering inquiries and offering support
- Educate clients about products and services within industry regulations
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations during customer interactions
Requirements
