Job Description
A hands-on senior growth marketing manager responsible for building and executing end-to-end growth strategies, including account-based marketing, event orchestration, and partner campaigns, to generate qualified opportunities and support enterprise sales in the mobile robotics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end growth marketing function, focusing on account-driven go-to-market strategies, ABM, and ABX.
- Plan and execute lifecycle nurture campaigns across long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Organize and oversee event-to-pipeline activities such as trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
- Conduct full-funnel analytics and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop partner and ecosystem campaigns to expand reach and accelerate adoption.
- Collaborate closely with sales to convert marketing campaigns, events, and content into qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
- Experience building and running growth marketing functions end-to-end, with a focus on account-driven go-to-market strategies including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), ABX (Account-Based Experience), and Lifecycle nurture across long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Experience orchestrating event-to-pipeline activities such as trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
- Proficiency in full-funnel analytics and reporting.
- Experience managing partner and ecosystem campaigns that expand reach and accelerate adoption.
- Ability to partner closely with sales on high-ACV enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries such as energy, chemicals, utilities, and mining.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure marketing campaigns, events, and content consistently turn into qualified opportunities.
- Experience in a hands-on, high-impact growth marketing role, capable of connecting various marketing functions into a repeatable pipeline machine.
