Job Description
A Senior Sourcer at ANYbotics is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for critical roles in a cutting-edge robotics company, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and strategies to build strong talent pipelines and support the company's global growth in industrial robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build talent pipelines for critical and complex roles.
- Identify and engage top talent globally through advanced sourcing techniques beyond simple keyword matching.
- Map talent landscapes and develop outreach strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Leverage new sourcing tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance talent sourcing processes.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with the ability to build robust pipelines for critical and complex roles.
- Knowledge of new sourcing tools and the ability to leverage AI-driven workflows in talent sourcing.
- Ability to move beyond simple keyword matching to become a true market expert, mapping talent landscapes and crafting outreach strategies.
- Strong understanding of the global talent market relevant to the roles, with the ability to identify and engage top talent internationally.
- Legal right to live and work in Switzerland, USA, or Spain, or willingness to relocate and obtain work authorization in these locations.
- Reside in or be open to relocating to Zurich, San Francisco, Barcelona, or the specified countries (Switzerland, USA, Spain) for work purposes.
- Experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
