Job Description
An Electronics Test Engineer responsible for developing and improving PCBA and electronics test systems to ensure product quality, reliability, and scalability throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-growing robotics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve PCBA and electronics test systems to ensure product quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Shape validation and monitoring processes for electronic systems from early design to series production.
- Take ownership of testing procedures to enhance first-pass yield and product reliability.
Requirements
- Ownership of the development and continuous improvement of PCBA and electronics test systems that ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of products.
- Experience in shaping how to validate and monitor the performance of electronic systems from early product design through to series production.
- Ability to influence product quality, first-pass yield, and reliability to enable scaling of production.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic attitude suitable for joining a dynamic Operations team.
- Proven experience in electronics testing, validation, and performance monitoring of electronic systems.
- Experience in developing and improving test systems for PCBA and electronics components.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes related to electronics manufacturing and testing.
- Experience working on projects that impact product quality, reliability, and scalability in a manufacturing environment.
