Job Description
The role involves leading the development of real-time data workflows and event-driven personalization platforms, collaborating with engineering and design teams to create scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that enhance customer experiences through real-time data processing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of real-time workflows, including event ingestion, processing, API lookups, and data validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and field teams to ensure platform scalability, durability, and enterprise readiness.
- Work directly with brands to understand customer signal capture and routing across data ecosystems.
- Design product experiences for technical audiences that address fragmented, multi-channel data environments.
- Develop and optimize high-throughput, low-latency event pipelines and data aggregation functionalities for large-scale workloads.
- Conduct customer discovery and research to inform product requirements and direction.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion through new real-time use cases and platform capabilities.
- Support operational and marketer-facing experiences to enable enterprise data operations and personalization workflows.
Requirements
- 8 years of product management experience, including 3 to 5 years building data products or tools
- Familiarity with one or more event streaming technologies and or distributed systems concepts, with the ability to quickly understand tradeoffs and customer impact of these technologies
- Experience working with event instrumentation teams or analytics engineers
- Meaningful experience overseeing or contributing to public or partner-facing APIs
- Experience working with Product Design to define conceptual models, workflows, and intuitive user experiences for technically complex systems
- Ability to translate customer needs and market signals into product strategy decisions
- Comfort engaging with engineering, solution architects, customer success, field leaders, and executives at enterprise brands
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, distilling complexity, shaping product narratives, supporting release readiness, and contributing to go-to-market strategies

Compensation/salary range: 170,000-230,000 USD base salary
