Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for building and growing the community and product-led growth strategy for ChuckData.ai, an enterprise data platform, by engaging technical users, shaping product experiences, and supporting market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and promote the community and product-led growth strategy for ChuckData.ai.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and field teams to advance the product's technical strategy.
- Design product experiences for technical users that handle fragmented, multi-channel data and support DIY development.
- Engage with the developer and data engineering community to understand pain points, workflows, and use cases.
- Represent the voice of data engineers within the company to shape education, support, and platform development.
- Validate product-market fit and identify new PLG opportunities and use cases.
- Support go-to-market efforts by providing training and tools for customer-facing teams and community onboarding.
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance product integration with hyperscalers and data platforms.
- Conduct user research and community discovery to inform product direction.
- Promote and grow the technical user community around Chuck Data.
Requirements
- 8 years of product management experience, including 3 years building data products or tools
- Direct experience with PLG motions and building technical user communities from the ground up (0-to-1)
- Experience communicating product roadmaps, translating data, technology specifications, and user needs into elegant product experiences
- Experience telling compelling stories on stage, promoting new products to technical and business audiences
- Comfortable working with data engineers, analysts, scientists, and developers
- Experience working with Product Marketing Management to define a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for each PLG and ChuckData products
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, able to distill complexity, shape product narratives, support release readiness, and contribute to GTM agreement
- Experience working with enterprise data environments, familiarity with a schemaless data backend and API-driven systems
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business audiences
- Ability to work in environments with technical complexity and evolving requirements
