Job Description
A strategic marketing leadership role focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for Amperity's AI-powered activation and paid media products, translating complex AI capabilities into measurable marketing outcomes and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Activation and Paid Media capabilities.
- Shape the narrative around AI Agents for Activation to highlight their impact on campaign orchestration and performance.
- Create creative messaging connecting customer data platform (CDP) value and AI Agents to measurable marketing outcomes.
- Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate Amperity's offerings.
- Build content, strategies, and sales tools to engage marketing executives, practitioners, and industry leaders.
- Define and communicate the AI narrative for Activation and Media, emphasizing unique guidance and outcomes.
- Package product value into tailored solutions for key industries like Retail, Sports, and Automotive.
- Gather insights from sales, industry trends, and competitive research to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Strengthen activation ecosystem partnerships by understanding and leveraging engagement platforms such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Requirements
- 12 years of B2B product marketing experience in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS.
- Expertise in activation, paid media, audience management, or customer data platforms.
- Familiarity with key activation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Iterable, and how brands use them to orchestrate marketing campaigns.
- Experience shaping AI narratives by translating complex AI capabilities, including autonomous agents, into customer value stories and competitive differentiation.
- Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with marketing performance outcomes for different personas, including marketing executives, practitioners, and IT data teams.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking ability to move fast, execute flawlessly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative partnership skills to work effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Prior experience with customer research, segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $170,000 - $230,000 base salary, with cash incentives and stock options
Work schedule: Hybrid work model with three in-office days per week in Seattle, WA or New York, NY
