Job Description

The role involves leading strategic revenue operations for Amperity’s global GTM teams, including sales, marketing, and partnerships, by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and supporting growth initiatives to drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leadership to define and understand comprehensive GTM strategies and success criteria.
  • Establish and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and insights across the GTM funnel.
  • Develop and oversee GTM operational cadence, including dashboards and reporting for all revenue functions.
  • Analyze data and external signals to identify opportunities for strategic shifts and process improvements.
  • Manage high-priority initiatives, projects, and analyses to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Advise on and structure projects, develop mitigation plans, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct strategic assessments and operating reviews of business initiatives to ensure scalability and long-term growth.
  • Develop recommendations for sales coverage, segmentation, compensation plans, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • 15 years of SaaS GTM experience, including 5 years of GTM Marketing and or Sales operations and leadership experience.
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have success metrics goals and evolving them based on performance.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level leaders.
  • Experience managing and influencing in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to think strategically while also rolling-up one s sleeves to drive day-to-day operations.
  • Experience building and developing high performing teams.
  • Ability to be an influential thought partner to leaders across the GTM organization.
  • Experience in the customer data and or martech space.
