Job Description
The role involves leading strategic revenue operations for Amperity’s global GTM teams, optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive growth and scalability across sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to define and understand comprehensive GTM strategies and success criteria.
- Establish and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and insights across the GTM funnel.
- Design and implement GTM operational cadence, including dashboards and reporting for all revenue functions.
- Analyze data and external signals to identify opportunities for strategic shifts and process improvements.
- Oversee and manage high-priority initiatives, projects, and analyses to support growth and efficiency.
- Advise on and develop recommendations for sales coverage, segmentation, compensation, and hiring strategies.
- Provide strategic assessments and operating reviews of business initiatives to ensure scalability and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiencies and maximize performance across marketing, sales, and partnerships.
Requirements
- 15 years of SaaS GTM experience, including 5 years of GTM Marketing and or Sales operations and leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have success metrics goals and evolving them based on performance.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level leaders.
- Experience managing and influencing in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to think strategically while also rolling-up one s sleeves to drive day-to-day operations.
- Experience building and developing high performing teams.
- Ability to be an influential thought partner to leaders across the GTM organization.
- Experience in the customer data and or martech space.
