Job Description
The Strategy Operations Manager at Amber will play a key role in scaling the company's operational capabilities by applying strategic problem-solving skills, working closely with senior teams across operations, product, and technology to drive meaningful improvements in customer experience and support the company's growth in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply analytical and strategic skills to scale operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior members of operations, product, and technology teams to drive improvements.
- Identify and implement meaningful changes to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
- A core member of the strategy and operations team, reporting to the Senior Strategy Operations Manager.
- An analytical and strategic individual who is excited about applying their exceptional problem solving skills to help scale Amber's operational capabilities.
- Experience working closely with senior members of the operations, product, and technology teams.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams both internal and external to drive meaningful change to the customer’s end-to-end experience.
- Full-time availability to work ideally from Melbourne, Australia, with flexibility for remote work within Australia, including occasional catch-ups in co-working spaces for Sydney-based candidates.
- Candidates must already be based in Australia with full working rights.
