Job Description
The Strategy Operations Associate at Amber will play a key role in solving operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing systems and processes across teams to enhance customer experience and support the company's growth in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex operational challenges to improve systems and processes
- Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth
- Scale systems and processes to enhance end-to-end customer experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify inefficiencies
- Design and implement smarter processes to deliver measurable business impact
Requirements
- A complete understanding of solving complex operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and scaling systems and processes that impact end-to-end customer experience.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify inefficiencies, design smarter processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Full-time availability to work ideally from Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home or in a co-working space in Sydney or other locations within Australia.
- Candidates must already be based in Australia and have full working rights to apply.
- Ability to participate in a multi-stage hiring process including a screening interview with the talent team, a live case study interview with the Senior Strategy Operations Manager, a discussion with two Strategy Operations team members, and a final interview with the Director of Operations.
- Passion and curiosity for the role, with a willingness to bring value even if not meeting every listed experience or skill requirement.
