Job Description
A Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist at Amber is responsible for leveraging data and AI to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance analysis and decision-making processes across the company's energy solutions focused on renewable energy and smart grid technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows
- Enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes through AI tools
Requirements
- A complete understanding of building and scaling the use of data and AI to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently within an organization.
- Experience working across Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify and implement AI and automation solutions that create leverage, such as simplifying manual workflows, improving analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with curiosity about AI and eagerness to experiment and deliver tangible impact through AI and automation initiatives.
- Full-time availability and the ability to work ideally from Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home or in a co-working space if based in Sydney or other locations within Australia.
- Candidates must already have full working rights in Australia to be eligible for the role.
- Experience in building and scaling data-driven and AI-enabled processes or systems within a business environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams including Operations, Product, and Technology to implement AI solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create operational leverage and efficiency.
- Experience in analyzing workflows and reporting processes to recommend and implement automation solutions.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and experimentation to improve organizational workflows and decision-making processes.
