Job Description
A Strategy Operations Analyst AI Specialist at Amber is responsible for leveraging data and AI to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance analysis and decision-making processes across the company's energy solutions and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the use of data and AI to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes through AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- A complete understanding and interest in AI and automation technologies, with a curiosity about how they can be applied to improve workflows, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Experience in building and scaling data and AI-driven solutions to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently within an organization.
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities where AI and automation can create leverage across Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to experiment and deliver tangible impact through data-driven initiatives.
- Full-time availability and the ability to work ideally from Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home or in a co-working space, and willingness to consider candidates anywhere within Australia.
- Candidates must already have full working rights in Australia to be eligible for application.
