Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amber will serve as the key link between customers and the business, shaping product positioning, market strategy, and go-to-market initiatives to promote innovative energy solutions that accelerate the renewable energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate market insights into strategic guidance for decision-making.
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for products to consumers and partners.
- Understand customer needs and behaviors through inbound insights and market research.
- Develop and implement content strategies and enablement materials for product marketing.
- Prioritize tasks and build scalable systems to deliver impactful, category-defining work.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role with a focus on product, marketing, and strategy.
- Ability to shape how the company understands its customers, bring features to market, and tell the company's story to the world.
- Experience being the voice of the customer inside the organization, translating market insights into strategic guidance that drives decision-making across the business.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products directly to consumers (B2C) and through installer partners (B2B2C).
- Experience working across inbound customer insights, market research, strategic guidance, outbound go-to-market execution, content strategy, enablement materials, and product marketing.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to build scalable systems to deliver category-defining work that raises the bar for how tech companies bring products to market.
- Full-time availability to work ideally from Melbourne, Australia, with flexibility to work from home or in a co-working space, and willingness to consider candidates anywhere within Australia.
- Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and be based in Australia at the time of application.
- Application process includes an initial screening interview with the Head of Marketing, a take-home case study or assignment (no more than 2-3 hours), a follow-up discussion with marketing team members and growth product managers, and a final interview with the CMO and an executive team member.
