Job Description
A People Talent Advisor supporting the People Operations team to implement projects that enhance organizational culture, streamline processes, and support employee success in a fast-growing renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Operations team in executing projects to reduce organizational friction and enhance community engagement.
- Assist in delivering initiatives that set employees up for success and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leaders to drive people processes and strategies that align with company goals.
- Contribute to talent acquisition efforts and support broader People Ops functions as needed.
- Support the implementation of flexible working arrangements and promote an inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Support the People Operations team to deliver and execute projects that eliminate high friction, amplify community, and set the company's people up for success.
- Be a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment and can figure things out without waiting for permission.
- Support colleagues and solve problems creatively with deep attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
- Possess T-shaped skills comfortable spanning the breadth of People Operations and Talent Acquisition, with the ability to go deep into certain projects and functions as required by the business.
- Be resourceful and able to support a lean team by simplifying overcomplicated processes.
- Be willing to work full-time, ideally based in Melbourne, with flexibility for working 4 days a week, 9 days a fortnight, or other arrangements, and work flexibly between office and home.
- Be based in Australia with full working rights, preferably in Melbourne.
