Job Description

The Head of Client Product Delivery Europe is responsible for building and leading the operational team to implement Amber's energy technology solutions with utility partners across Europe, ensuring successful delivery of products that benefit consumers, utilities, and the grid while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the European client delivery team for Amber for Utilities.
  • Implement and scale Amber's technology solutions with utility partners across Europe.
  • Manage relationships with utility clients to ensure successful product deployment and adoption.
  • Translate signed partnerships into operational, live products that meet consumer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the European General Manager and VP of Business Development to drive business growth.
  • Provide operational leadership to take the business to the next level of scale and success.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and leading a client services and delivery team within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Proven operational leadership skills to scale a business and build a new function within a company.
  • Ability to impact how technology is implemented with utility partners across Europe, turning signed partnerships into live, thriving products.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with an emphasis on maintaining outstanding client relationships.
  • Deep product knowledge related to energy technology or similar complex technical products.
  • Experience working in or with the European energy or utilities market, including understanding of regional regulations and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership, including reporting to a General Manager and working in partnership with a VP of Business Development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a role that involves operational management, project delivery, or product implementation.
  • Willingness to take ownership of the role and shape the development of the function and business in Europe.
  • Physical and mental capacity to manage the responsibilities associated with building and scaling a new business function in a fast-paced environment.
