Job Description

A Customer Service Specialist at Amber will support customers by providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to renewable energy products and services, contributing to the company's mission to promote sustainable energy solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to Amber's energy products and services
  • Provide technical support and guidance on device operation and troubleshooting
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution

Requirements

  • Candidates must be already based in Australia, preferably Melbourne, with full working rights.
  • Applicants must submit a resume and a cover letter as part of the application process.
  • Candidates must be able to participate in an initial screening interview with the Talent team starting from 5th Jan 2026.
  • Candidates must be able to complete a take-home case study as part of the hiring process.
  • Candidates must participate in a follow-up case study interview with the Customer Experience Operations (Cx Ops) Lead and one other member of the Cx Ops team.
  • Candidates must participate in a final interview with the Customer Experience Manager and/or the Director of Operations.
  • Applicants must demonstrate passion and curiosity for the work, even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
