Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist - Billing at Amber is responsible for supporting customer billing inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and helping to facilitate the company's mission to promote renewable energy adoption through innovative energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and issues
- Provide support and guidance related to energy products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality
Requirements
- Candidates must be already based in Australia, preferably Melbourne, with full working rights.
- Applicants must submit a resume and a cover letter as part of the application process.
- Candidates must be able to participate in an initial screening interview with the Talent team starting from 5th Jan 2026.
- Candidates must complete a take-home case study as part of the hiring process.
- Candidates must participate in a follow-up case study interview with the Customer Experience Operations Lead and one other member of the Cx Ops team.
- Candidates must attend a final interview with the Customer Experience Manager and/or Director of Operations.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo the entire interview process as described, which includes multiple stages.
- Candidates must demonstrate passion and curiosity for the role, even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
