Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist - Billing is responsible for providing support related to billing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping to facilitate the company's mission of promoting renewable energy solutions through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and issues
- Provide support and guidance related to energy products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service
Requirements
- Candidates must be already based in Australia, preferably Melbourne, with full working rights.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in handling billing inquiries and resolving billing issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines when assisting customers.
- Willingness to participate in a structured hiring process including an initial screening interview, a take-home case study, a follow-up case study interview, and a final interview with the Customer Experience Manager or Director of Operations.
