Job Description
A Compliance Specialist role focused on ensuring regulatory and operational compliance within a renewable energy technology company, working closely with legal and operations teams to support the company's growth and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for electricity retailers.
- Maintain and improve internal and customer-facing processes to meet compliance standards.
- Analyze detailed processes to identify areas for compliance improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations and Legal teams to implement compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for electricity retailers to ensure customer-facing and internal processes are compliant and fit-for-purpose for a market-leading technology company in the energy sector.
- Experience in analyzing and diving into detailed processes to identify and apply improvements related to compliance practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside Operations and Legal teams to maintain and deliver best-practice compliance standards.
- Full working rights in Australia, with a preference for candidates based in Melbourne.
- Candidates must be already based in Australia to be eligible to apply.
