Job Description
A Compliance Specialist role focused on ensuring that Amber's operations and processes adhere to regulatory standards within the electricity retail industry, supporting the company's growth as a leading renewable energy technology provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for electricity retailers.
- Maintain and improve internal and customer-facing processes to meet compliance standards.
- Analyze detailed processes to identify areas for compliance improvements.
- Collaborate with Operations and Legal teams to implement compliance practices.
Requirements
- Apply knowledge of the regulatory framework for electricity retailers to ensure customer-facing and internal processes are both compliant and fit-for-purpose for Amber as a market-leading technology company.
- Help deliver and maintain best-practice compliance practices as Amber scales.
- Analyze and dive into detailed processes to identify and apply improvements related to compliance.
