Job Description
A Solutions Engineer at AlertMedia supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrating the platform to prospects, and guiding customers through product adoption to ensure solutions meet their needs, all while collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to drive technical implementation and adoption for customers through demonstrations and discovery
- Become a subject matter expert on the AlertMedia platform and its offerings across segments
- Identify and resolve potential customer technical issues with detailed solutions using a consultative approach
- Communicate technical concepts effectively and serve as the point of contact for RFPs and technical collateral
- Guide customers through evaluation processes to meet and exceed their needs
- Document best practices to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for platform improvement
Requirements
- Three (3) years of Solution or Pre-Sales Engineering experience, ideally supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers.
- Ability to successfully solve complex technical business challenges by taking a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment.
- Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in as needed.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support.
- Must reside in Austin, Texas or the surrounding areas, as this is a hybrid position.
