Job Description
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies, creating campaigns and enablement programs, and collaborating across teams to drive growth, pipeline, and long-term partner value for AlertMedia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute co-marketing campaigns, partner collateral, webinars, and events to promote AlertMedia and generate pipeline.
- Develop enablement programs, messaging, assets, and training to support sales in leveraging partner relationships.
- Serve as a connector across partners, sales, product, and marketing to align stakeholders on priorities and joint positioning.
- Track, report, and optimize partner marketing impact on pipeline, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
- Support exploration of new partners in collaboration with the Strategic Partnership Team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in partner marketing or partner strategy.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling partner messaging, positioning, and materials.
- Proven experience driving referral and resale pipeline through channel partners, including resellers, referral networks, and service providers.
- Strong project management skills and proven success managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and strategic partnerships teams to deliver measurable business impact.
- Ability to influence without authority and work confidently with senior executives and partner stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset paired with disciplined execution and attention to detail.
