The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing virtual and in-person events to engage prospects and customers, strengthen relationships, and support the company's marketing and sales objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the Virtual Events program, sourcing and testing new virtual experiences.
Manage the Customer Meetups program, coordinating in-person and virtual experiences.
Coordinate vendor contracting, including vetting agreements and completing documentation.
Track and communicate RSVPs with the sales team for events.
Communicate pre- and post-event details to registrants.
Track and manage event budgets to ensure expenses align with approved spend.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop event strategy and messaging.
Collaborate with the Events Team to provide additional support as needed.
Requirements
Two years of prior event planning experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on Marketing or Business.
Skilled project manager with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, and ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
Excellent communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery.
