Job Description
The Implementation Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for leading customer onboarding and deployment of software solutions, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering strong customer relationships to support long-term partnerships and customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of milestones
- Lead customer kickoff meetings to establish goals, expectations, and project plans
- Facilitate implementation sessions, address objections, and strategize solutions with customers
- Communicate project updates and action items to internal teams and customers
- Manage data imports, automations, and interpret data to support implementation
- Monitor and track implementation progress and milestones internally and externally
- Ensure smooth transition of customers from Implementation Manager to Customer Success Manager
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a strategic customer-facing role as Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager
- 2 years experience in implementation or project management in a SaaS environment
- Experience using Excel is required
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Ability to work with demanding, multi-national customers
- Aptitude to learn and be coached
