Job Description
The Implementation Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for leading customer onboarding and deployment of software solutions, ensuring successful implementation, fostering strong customer relationships, and facilitating a seamless transition to customer success teams to support long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple customer implementations, ensuring timely and successful deployment
- Lead customer kickoff meetings to establish goals, expectations, and project plans
- Facilitate regular implementation sessions, addressing customer objections and providing best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate action items, provide project updates, and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success Managers
- Manage implementation milestones and project status using tools like Gainsight
- Consult on data imports, automations, and interpret customer data to maximize product value
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating ownership and customer advocacy
- Participate in cross-functional feedback to improve the implementation process and customer experience
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a strategic customer-facing role as Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager
- 2 years experience in implementation or project management in a SaaS environment
- Experience using Excel is required
- Excellent project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Ability to work with demanding, multi-national customers
- Aptitude to learn and be coached
