Job Description
The role involves providing technical support for security solutions, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and assisting partners with system integration and training to ensure effective use of the company's security products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dealers and partners with technical inquiries regarding security solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and alarm integration issues
- Conduct technical investigations on reported issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
- Provide product overview training to dealers on CHeKT solutions
- Document troubleshooting steps and best practices for knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in technical support, security systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking, camera systems CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work across multiple technical mediums while remaining attentive to customer needs.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer applications such as web-based software, mobile apps, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently as a self-starter while thriving in a team-based environment.
