Job Description
The RMA Technician is responsible for repairing, testing, and troubleshooting OpenEye's video security products, ensuring quality and functionality for returned items. The role involves working with various testing apparatus and collaborating with the RMA Manager to maintain product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit
- Communicate with the RMA Manager about work to be done
- Test all product returns to ensure proper functionality
Requirements
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training in repairing, testing, or troubleshooting electronic or video security products
- Knowledge and determination to create innovative ideas to help promote a positive work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
